Auger drilling unit is used to drill group-wells of 4 meters for seismic
surveys.
Rotation unit No.3 (Drawing 18) is mounted in buckles (7) fixed on the mast guides (2).
During drilling process the torque from the rotary (5) table is transmitted to special drilling bar (1) via rotation unit (3). The drilling bar is connected to auger section (4) and drill bit (6). Then the drilling process is realized in standard way.
